Prior to entering the non-profit community Tracy worked in the tax resolution industry, helping to negotiate tax agreements between taxing authorities and delinquent businesses/individuals. She prepared financial statements, which were the basis for negotiations of payment plans, and helped form compromises with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
