Silvina works closely with NFP Partners’ internal teams to streamline client onboarding, enhance engagement, and support project management and execution. She plays a key role in coordinating client interactions, executing deliverables, and developing proposals and contracts. She also assists with recruitment efforts, ensuring the company continues to build a strong and capable team.

Since joining the firm in 2025, Silvina has been collaborating closely with the Accounting Services team to maintain high-quality service delivery. She serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Silvina’s Career

With extensive experience in accounting, finance, and strategic planning, Silvina has built a distinguished career centered around operational excellence and financial leadership. Her commitment to delivering excellence in client satisfaction and success has made her a trusted partner in every organization she has served.

Before joining NFP Partners, Silvina held leadership roles in multinational and fast-paced environments. She previously served as a Director of Accounting and Finance for a real estate company, overseeing transaction accounting, acquisitions, investor relations, and financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries.

Prior to that, Silvina worked as a Finance Director at MCI Group in Montréal, Canada, where she led FP&A processes and coordinated financial operations for large-scale events. She brings a strong background in auditing, having worked as a Senior Auditor at PwC. Here, she specialized in reporting compliance, consulting, and regulatory adherence.

A proven leader in remote team management, Silvina has successfully led global teams across China, India, the Philippines, and Canada, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and strategic insight. She is passionate about leveraging financial expertise to drive organizational success and optimize efficiency.
