Kim Way

In 2023, Kim Way joined NFP Partners, bringing with her an AAS in Business Management from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. With over three decades of diverse accounting experience in Southwest Michigan, Kim has spent the last 10+ years dedicated to nonprofit service.

Her impactful contributions at NFP Partners include implementing new accounting software, optimizing billing and payroll processes, and managing month- and year-end closings. Kim’s passion for nonprofit work stems from her belief in their crucial role as contributors to community improvement. She cherishes being a small but essential part of the broader mission while working with NFP Partners’ nonprofit clients.

Kim’s Hobbies

Kim resides in Kalamazoo with her husband, dog, and a loving family of four daughters and one grandchild. As a weather observer in the Air Force, Kim also has a knack for reading clouds.
