Faith Hanson

Faith earned a BS in Accounting from Concordia University. She plays a pivotal role within the company’s nonprofit accounting team. She leverages her skills and experience to support nonprofit organizations’ daily accounting functions.

Faith & NFP Partners

Currently working as a Staff Accountant, Faith supports NFP Partners’ nonprofit clients with essential daily accounting functions, including reconciliation, payroll, and financial reporting. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has gained valuable experience working across diverse languages and cultures while leveraging nonprofit technologies such as Excel, QuickBooks, and Intacct. 

Faith’s Career

Faith’s prior stint was as a staff accountant in a public accounting firm. She provided audit work for churches and nonprofits along with taxes for small businesses. She specialized in supporting nonprofits with audits and developed her ability to prepare 990 forms for a wide spectrum of nonprofits. Additionally, she was a grain accountant working with several clients across the US to assist with harvest season and transportation. This allowed her to communicate across several forms of communication for different needs. All these skills allow her to better understand and assist her current day-to-day clients.

Faith’s Hobbies

Residing in Omaha, Nebraska, Faith finds solace in the company of her feline companion. Outside the professional realm, she cherishes quality time with family and friends. Further, she often immerses herself in the joy of reading, culinary adventures, and crocheting. Her commitment to professional excellence and a well-rounded personal life stands as a testament to her dedication to both her career and her passions beyond it.
