Looking Back on 2025: A Year of Growth, Connection, and Shared Success 

As we wrap up 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation for your continued partnership. Each year brings its own challenges and opportunities, but what makes our work meaningful is the trust you place in us and the shared commitment to strengthening your organization’s financial operations. This year has been full—full of work we’re proud of, full of learning, and full of meaningful moments both professionally and personally. 

2025 by the Numbers 

This year, our team delivered 27,000 hours of high-quality, reliable accounting service to clients across our portfolio. We had the privilege of supporting a growing number of organizations—each with its own mission, complexities, and opportunities. Our service delivery team has expanded to 17 members. We welcomed new talent to the team whose expertise has expanded our capacity to serve you with precision and care. Sadly, we also said goodbye to a few long-term team members. Stephanie Underwood is providing her expertise directly to a nonprofit, and Jody Zatorski is living the life of retirement.  

Behind these numbers are countless conversations, problem-solving moments, and collaborative efforts. We’re proud of what we’ve built together as partners. 

A Team Retreat That Set the Tone for the Future 

One of the most memorable parts of our year was our team retreat in Maine. Bringing everyone together—away from the busyness of day-to-day work—gave us space to reconnect, reflect, and plan intentionally for the future. 

A major component of the retreat was a strategic planning session focused on the next chapter of our firm’s evolution. We explored how to continue elevating the client experience, strengthen our internal systems, and leverage opportunities emerging in the accounting services landscape. The energy, ideas, and alignment that came from those days will directly benefit the work we do for you in the year ahead. 

Looking Ahead to 2026 

As we look toward 2026, we are doubling down on our commitment to high-level, proactive service. You can expect us to continue improving the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value of your financial information—while also integrating innovations from our industry. 

We’re exploring emerging tools, streamlining processes, and investing in our team so we can deliver an experience that is not only dependable, but forward-thinking. Our goal remains the same: to be a true partner who understands your needs, anticipates challenges, and works alongside you to help your organization thrive. 

A Personal Note 

On a personal level, 2025 was a year of milestones. We watched our children graduate, our daughter from high school and our son from the University of Wyoming. In the fall, we moved our daughter to college—a proud and emotional transition—and spent many weekends cheering her on at college swim meets. Go Mountaineers! Our family ended the year with joy as we celebrated our son’s engagement. These moments have reminded me how quickly life moves and how important strong relationships are, both at home and in the work we do every day.
